All images on this website are copyright protected © Susan Flockhart 2020-2023 and may not be copied, adapted, sold, published or used in any way without the express permission of the artist. This includes artworks that you have purchased, either as a print or an original watercolour painting. If you wish to seek permission to use one of my artworks, please contact enquiries@susanflockhart.com
Order processing
When you place a print order on my website, you will receive an initial order confirmation email from me.
Payments are processed securely by Paypal or Stripe. We never store your payment information on our website.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with postage and tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
UK shipping: currently, my website accepts UK orders. Upon receipt of your order, I aim to despatch the artwork within 2 days and will contact you with tracking information as soon as it is available. UK orders should arrive within 1 week.
International shipping: I am happy to ship internationally, on a custom basis. If you live outside the UK, please contact me in the first instance, to discuss the shipping options and estimates for your country, before placing an order. Please note that any additional customs or import charges that are applied by your country are the liability of the buyer, and may result in extended delivery times until payment is made.
Returns
If you change your mind about your order, contact sales@susanflockart.com within 3 weeks of placing the order, and quote your order number to request a return. I will supply you with a return address for the item and process a full refund upon receipt.
In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, I will organise either a refund or a replacement (prints only) to be sent to you.
