I am delighted to offer free UK tracked shipping. I aim to despatch my artworks within 2 days of receiving an order and most UK orders should arrive within 1 week.

Returns
If you change your mind about an order, contact sales@susanflockart.com within 3 weeks of placing the order, and quote your order number to request a return. I will supply you with a return address for the item and process a full refund upon receipt.
